By making a purchase, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed with this Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy covers the following purchases:

Counter Strike Skins

Transactions with Skins

Skins are classified as digital content (virtual items) and are exempt from the general withdrawal right due to their nature and the consumer’s prior express consent.

All transactions involving skins (sale or purchase) are final and cannot be reversed.

BY AGREEING TO THIS REFUND POLICY AND MAKING A PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE LOSS OF YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.

YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

Skin Was Not Delivered

We will start processing your purchase once your payment is approved. Payment confirmation usually takes seconds but may take longer depending on the payment method.

Any delay caused by a payment service provider does not constitute non-delivery and does not give rise to a refund.

If you have not received the ordered skin, please contact CS.STORE Support via email. Once we confirm non-delivery, we will proceed with the refund.

Fraudulent Transactions

If a purchase was made without your consent and your payment credentials were used fraudulently, please contact us immediately at support@cs.store.

We will investigate the case. If the funds are still within our system, we will process the refund. If the funds have already been transferred, the refund will not be possible.

Partial refunds are not provided.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?

By default, refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase. A refund typically takes about 15 days but will not exceed 65 days.

Please note:

Refunds are not available in cryptocurrency.
